Birmingham International Airport will be the only official arrival and departure airport for this event. The airport is situated 11kms to the east of the city centre and the average journey time by road is 25 minutes.

An event welcome desk will be situated at the airport close to the airport’s own information desk and from there all arrangements will be made for transportation to your accommodation.

There are two terminals at Birmingham airport and both arrival points are less than 50 metres walk from the welcome desk. The event welcome desk will operate from Thursday 8th October until and including Saturday 10th October.

An airport manager will be operating from this location and will assist with any requirements.
